2. Services

We provide professional systems design and engineering. Specific scope, timelines, and fees are defined in separate written agreements. These Terms govern general use of our website and service framework.

3. Intellectual Property

Deliverables remain our IP unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a usage license upon full payment. Brand elements require written permission for use.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use our website and services lawfully.
• Not damage, disable, or impair our systems.
• Not access systems without authorization.
• No automated tools without permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information. Obligation survives termination. Excludes public or independently developed information.

6. Liability

Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to fees paid or USD 100. Excludes death, injury, fraud. Services as is without warranties.

7. Governing Law

Governed by PRC law. Disputes in courts of Zunyi, Guizhou.
